So I am reading Kiss of Midnight the first in her Midnight Breed Series and so far I can def. see the likeness to BDB. So far so good but I'm only like 60 pages into it lol

It def. has some similarities to BDB, but she also does some pretty cool world building (it gets really good in later books) in this series! I don't like it quite as much as BDB, but It is in my top PNR series:)

yea I think I like it because of the likeness to BDB but it doesn't feel like she's copying it. She has built her own world and that is why I'm liking it I think

I am always curious to know the story of all the warriors but after reading Taken by Midnight what interest me most (view spoiler)[ is what is going to happen with Jenna. Is she becoming a new breed of an Ancient and how will she effect the dynamics of their world? (hide spoiler)]

No your not Shell ... I mean I know he is (view spoiler)[much more voilent then the gen ones but when he was with Jenna asking her if she wanted to live or die because he felt something different about her. Honestly it was like he was trying to make her see that she could live her life differently then from suffering all the time. That could just be me but it raises questions as to why he did it to begin with and if they had the ability to do what he did to Jenna, then why didn't they do it before? Why Jenna and why now? (hide spoiler)]. That is just my opinion and others can feel differently if they like.

Okay Rin, (view spoiler)[ I was wondering why he picked Jenna too, he was going to kill her and then stopped, was it because of the pain he saw in her? Is that why he gave her a choice? I don't know if i'm reading more into it or not. There just seemed to be some foreshadowing going on! It' seemed to me like there was something about her that he was able to do that with, and she wasn't a Breed Mate.... (hide spoiler)] I don't know it has been a while since I read them, I was thinking of re-read the last couple books, before the new one. I can't wait to see where the story goes, and I think Hunter is going to be a huge part of it!

I think so too and having to wait is driving me bat shit crazy!

Sure and I was looking to add some to surprise you but I didn't see an edit option under the main threads. Did I over look something or am I just that tarded and just didn't see it. LoL!

Well your prob. "tarded" but I don't know...but if you just go to the main authors we love folder and add the author thread....I'll link it back to the Author's we love index..It would just be helpful to not have to set up the author pages all by my lonesome! Let me know what authors your thinking about adding, and then I can work on some others....and theres no rush eith! I'm going to start working on a May highlights and link some of our monthly threads from it, to let people know what's new and hopefully get involed:)
