Rebel Alliance is good, but what about those of us who kind of prefer the evil guys? I guess we could say Stormtroopers, but then we get into the confusion about WWII Germany. That is if anybody knows anything about history. . . maybe it's not a problem, after all.

True. But in these, I don't think the antagonists are as developed as in Star Wars. Plus, you don't have your main villain turn back to the good guys at the end. With the strong connection to all those archetypal stories, I think it's a foregone conclusion to say that Star Wars is the best. Plus, it's true that the EU has added a lot on top of what was initially in the films.
Now that I've said that, I can tell that I wandered off topic. If anybody wants to continue this, we can start a new thread . . .

A friend and I had a discussion on this topic back when the Special Editions happened. We eventually settled on jedites as those who follow the adventures of the jedi.
With all the sith stuff these days, something else is in order. I like sithies as something comically light-hearted. :D

Too philosophical? Too blah?
What about some reference that only true fans will get. Something like... "The Krayt Dragons" or "The Womprats"
Yeah, but who wants to be called a womprat? OK, last chance. How about something really obscure, but in all of the movies. Something like..."Wilhelm's Scream" (Check it out if it's too obscure for even you)
I have too much time on my hands.

Isn't that a Bruce Willis movie?
I thought of another (although I believe it is the name of the official Star Wars fan club):"The 501st Legion" or "Vader's Fist".

It is open for anyone to join! (right now it is very small.)

It's ingenious in its simplicity...
And yes, William. The 501st Legion/Vader's Fist is another group. Not necessarily just a fan club, but dedicated to costuming specifically. I should know. I'm a stormtrooper with them. :)
