I’m Linda. I love romance. I love everything about it. I’ve always read romance and now, I enjoy writing it. Even though my books don’t provide the graphic details found in most erotica novels (current releases and upcoming works), they aren’t always squeaky clean. There is often some real life language in them when necessary as well; all leaving me to wonder where they belonged. I discussed the idea of Love With The Lights Off with the amazingly talented Jaimey Grant and … the group became.

Along with being a reader and a writer, I’m also the owner of a small publishing company with a fantastic line-up of authors.

You can find out more about me at: http://www.LindaBoulanger.com

I also welcome friend requests of a friendly nature.

My Books:
Arms of an Angel by Linda Boulanger Becoming A collection of short stories and poems exploring times and journeys in our lives by Linda Boulanger How Sadie Learned To Smile SMILE -- See Magic In Life Everyday by Linda Boulanger Time Out On A Roller Coaster by Linda Boulanger

I am affiliated with additional titles here on Goodreads as publisher and/or in other capacities (such as editor, formatter, etc.)

Thank you, Jaimey! Of course, the cover for Arms of an Angel had a very special cover designer who always goes above and beyond in her creations. :)

Meagan Frank (meaganfrank) You two crack me up...I'm not sure what pair of characters you most remind me of, but I will let you know when I figure it out. MMF

Jessa Callaver (jessa_callaver) | 5 comments Hello fellow writers, readers and 'book people!!' :)
I'm Jessa and I (at present) write fiction. As a new writer, new author and new GR member I'm here primarily to meet and communicate with other people who share my passion for the written word. I've penned and published two e-books so far ("Family Care" and my most recent, "The Goat and the Heathen") and am currently at work on another project. (You can find both e-books on Smashwords.com or on Amazon Kindle.) Hope you'll check them out. Really happy to be here. =]

Hi Adrienne! I've found that starting your first book is a matter of sitting down and writing the opening line. From there, the story will flow in whatever direction it chooses.

Thanx for joining us here! ♥

Hi, I'm Jayde. I've just joined this group because I love romance stories of all heat levels. The steamier the better...

Shawn Inmon Hi, I'm Shawn. This is my first Goodreads group. Please be gentle with me. I am an avid and broad-spectrum reader, as well as a writer. I've always preferred that any heavy-lifting be done by my imagination, rather than having it spelled out too thoroughly. For me, it's like what Stephen King wrote about in Danse Macabre, when he said he can scare his readers much more before he has to "open the door" and show what lies on the other side.

Welcome to the group, Shawn! Take a look around, join some discussions, start some discussions, or check out the group bookshelf. We're a friendly group so don't worry too much about doing something "wrong." :O)

Christy Olesen (christyolesen) | 2 comments Hi, I'm Christy and I love sweet/tender romance with a hint of spice. I've been writing for several years and will be publishing my first book this fall. I'm excited to find a group of like-minded readers and writers.

Cindy Matthews (celinechatillon_cynthianna) | 1 comments Hello! My pen name is Cynthianna. (I write more graphic romance under another pen name which I'm signed into here at Goodreads.) I wondered if there were any folks who still liked to read/write sweet/traditional romantic fiction on Goodreads and very happy to find that there are! :)

My latest traditional romance novel is entitled THE FIXER-UPPERS. It was just released by Devine Destinies Books: http://www.devinedestinies.com/the-fi...

I'm pretty much a character-driven writer, in that if a character is destined for a PG rated romance, that's the story they tell me and I write. (If the character would work better in more sensual story, fine. That's why I have the two pen names!) I should have another traditional romance novel release before too long. and I hope they will meet with your approval.

Nice to meet you all! :)

Monique (mfh2161) | 3 comments I love writing; I can't say whether I'm good at it or not. I do know that I will keep writing even if I never get published - lol.
I'm writing a serial novel on another site, and it is more paranormal/horror, with some lightweight sex thrown in. Nothing directly in-your-face...which I don't care for, by the way.(Character development and romance is more important).

Anyway, I love this site, and I love this group. I will try to log on more in the near future!

Sandra Nachlinger | 8 comments I just discovered this wonderful group! Linda's description of her writing sounds exactly like the heat level of my latest release, Bluebonnets for Elly. I tell people that there's plenty of fooling around between Elly and Derek, but the "main event" takes place behind closed doors.

I'm looking forward to following the posts from this group, getting to know everyone, and reading your books.

Stephanie Fowers (guitarbabe25) | 3 comments Hi everyone. I'm Stephanie Fowers and I write squeaky clean romance. I've just released a new book "Jane and Austen" from my line of sweet romances called Hopeless Romantics.
