Another great novel- But this time it's full of short stories!

What's your fave Adventure?

In this one... A Scandal in Bohemia. Irene Adler is awesome, and it's so cool how Holmes went through all the trouble to follow her, go out in disguise, find a way into her house, have Watson throw a smoke canister through an open window all to get the photograph back, and he was STILL outsmarted by her. It's such a fail, it's a win.

I know it's amazing.

No my favorite's the speckled band. It's so creepy!

Oh, I forgot about that one! Oh my gosh... And they had to spend the night in that big creepy house with the leopard and the baboon running loose! Before they found out it was the snake that was the killer, it seemed like a haunted house! *shudders*

I know! but I figured out it was a snake almost right away. It took me a few minutes after the allusion to a speckled band, but it was easyish.

I didn't figure it out until Holmes solved it. Oh, me, being all ignorant :)

I try to figure mysteries out before he solves them.

Which one was the easiest, in your opinion?

Not the man with the twisted lip.

I thought the Man With the Twisted lip was really easy.

It was but I didn't think of that. I don't think. Maybe I did, but I don't remember. If I did it was the easiest.

I liked the beginning of that one. With Holmes all in disguise and scaring Watson again. I love it when he does that :)

But I would be pretty annoyed if my friend did that to me all the time. Actually, I'd be kinda scared.

Did you like Mycroft?

Yeah. do you imagine him to be fat? In the books? I know he's not in the movies, is he?

Well, he's not in the new Sherlock Holmes movie, but in the BBC Sherlock TV show Mycroft is kinda fat. My copy of The Conplete Sherlock Holmes has illustrations in it, and the one of Mycroft is pretty fat. Believe it or not, Stephen Fry will be playing Mycroft in the SH sequel coming out this year.

Who's Stephen Fry? The only actors I know are Orlando Bloom, Johny Depp and David Tennant
