This months theme (and I'm not sure why I choose this) is flowers. Whether in the title, on the cover, as a main part of the book, or all three!

Kaitlyn (kaitlrylie) That's an interesting idea! can we post suggestions here, so we have ideas of what to read? the only thing that comes to mind is Flowers in the Attic, so I'd appreciate some recommendations :)

Feel free to post suggestions, here are a few I can think of:
Beastly by Alex Flinn
The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
Forget-Her-Nots by Amy Brecount White (I just ordered this so I might be reading this for the challenge)
Once Upon a Marigold by Jean Ferris and it's sequel Twice Upon a Marigold by Jean Ferris
and some where on listopia I think there is a list on books with flowers.

Kaitlyn (kaitlrylie) I just read Such a Pretty Girl by Laura Wiess and have Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes so I should be all set. Thanks!

I finally started my flower read, Forget-Her-Nots by Amy Brecount White . Has anyone else read a flower book this month? and if so what did you think of it?

I ended up really enjoying my flower read. In it she can help events happen through flowers, through their meanings. Plus it had a nice guide at the back telling you what some flowers and herbs meant.

Kaitlyn (kaitlrylie) I just read The Color Purple by Alice Walker which had a flower on the cover but had nothing to do with flowers.
