Hannah (hannah7299) Hi Kayla!
I can completely relate. I feel like I've had no life since I started reading the series. I just started Breaking Dawn and my husband thinks I am obsessed with these books...which is partially true. :)

Vivian | 326 comments hi kayla!! me too!!!! i love twilight! after reading it, i almost ripped new moon out of my friends hands i wanted to read it so bad :)thank goodness my friends had all three books at the time (i dont think i could've gone even a few days without finding out what happened....):) heehee... hope u enjoy the rest of the books!!

message 4: by Amy (new)

Amy (boymom9) it's all i do, is read these books. i read for 8 hours at work between projects. i read on my lunch, when i get home, before i go to bed. etc. my husband comes home and says 'get your head out of the book' constantly. it's really funny. i'm trying to savour the last book cuz when it's over idk what i'll do! you ever feel like that?

message 5: by Hannah (new)

Hannah (hannah7299) Hi Amy,
I do the same thing! After finishing Twilight a few weeks ago, I went out the next day and bought the other three books and I have done nothing but read them in my free time. My husband gives me a hard time too. I'm halfway through Breaking Dawn right now and want to read them again already. I'm going to slowly wean myself off of Twilight (if that's even possible! haha) by reading some other recommended vampire series on here.

message 6: by Maryann (new)

Maryann (uorgirl) | 35 comments It is only possible to wean yourself off the books by getting more books! Plus, loaning your books out to others to read. However, when they give the books back to you; WATCH OUT! lol

Cause it starts all over again. I am rereading the series again...and it's still so good! I love Edward and Bella's story! I hope SM finishes Midnight Sun cause there is no end to my interest in Edward...lol.

message 7: by Hannah (new)

Hannah (hannah7299) I know what you mean! I have to lend mine to my mother-in-law who lives in another state and I am not excited about parting with them for that long. :)
I'm so bummed about the Midnight Sun deal. I really hope she'll change her mind. I could not start something like that and not finish it.

I love these books. I wanted my husband to read them but he hates to read... so I am reading them to him. Plus I don't trust him to take care of them the way I do. He makes jokes all the time about if I had the chance I would leave him for Edward lol. I have read the whole series 4 times and am in the process of reading Twilight to the hubby. We are on the "Blood Type" chapter.

message 9: by Hannah (new)

Hannah (hannah7299) I try not to talk about Edward to my husband because he would probably think the same thing too! :)
He just started to read chapter one. He hates reading and he would probably never let me read the book to him.

Ann | 206 comments I love that chapter

message 12: by [deleted user] (new)

My husband was like "I guess you can read it" but he wasn't really paying much attention and I would have to beg him. I read last night, Bella just found out from Jacob about the Blood Drinkers... so my hubby comes home from lunch and was like "you're going to read again tonight right? it's getting interesting" HAHAHA

Devyn | 19 comments Hey guys
i just finished with Breaking Dawn, and I absolutely love all o the books. Keep reading you won't ever regret anytime that you spent doing it.

message 14: by Gail (new)

Gail (gailwerner) It is like an addiction, seriously! I had a Bella and Edward hangover for 3 weeks after I finished the series, with the books all I could think about. Moving on and remembering there were other books to tackle in my Good Reads que got me over the hump, but I can say I'll definitely re-read the series (and I NEVER re-read books!!)

message 15: by Hannah (new)

Hannah (hannah7299) Samantha,
I can't wait for my husband to get to the point where he won't want to put the book down. Then I can say, I told you so! :) Then he can't make fun of me for being obsessed with it.

Gail,
I know what you mean! After reading Twilight, it was all I could think about even at work. My friend just started reading Twilight so I'm really excited to hear what she thinks. I'm eager to visit the Breaking Dawn discussions because I am still reading it. I don't want to see any spoilers before I finish!

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

Gail, I am the same with you. I never re-read books. NEVER!! I have read the Twilight Series 4times and so far none of my other books compare. I am reading the Sookie Stackhouse series right now.
Hannah,If I left it to my husband he wouldn't read it. He hates to read... so that's why I am reading it to him. I didn't get a chance to read last night because I fell asleep on the couch about 8 lol. I am gunna read tonight tho. One more chapter and then we are on the part where she finally talks to Edward about her new "theory"

message 17: by Rikloud (new)

Rikloud | 60 comments I have only read the first one but I can't wait to read the second one which is not available to me right now because there is a waiting list at school and no one else I know has it yet. I usually read those at home and other ones at school. the book series I'm currently reading at school is Sword of Truth
