Hunger Games Trilogy discussion

wow awesome dream. oh and ive never had a dream about the hunger games, if i did i cant remember it lol

Amazing Barbara!! Here's mine. I talked about it before.

Okay so it was like this extremely stance mixture of THG and this show I watch called Bones (which is amazing). All the character tees were bones characters but they had THG character mixed into their personality. Strange, eh? Anyway, I was brenan (who was katniss) and Booth (who was either peeta or gale. Most likely peeta) was there. Well, he got hurt somehow, so I was laying him in a hospital bed, telling him to stay there while I went to get the Guy. Well, after I left, a Guy came to his room with a gun and shot him. So then I heard and went emotionally crazy just a bit with sadness, and ran away, and then Tripped. (This is what clued me into the THG part). Then I was just staring at the ground and running my hands into the dirt, like when katniss was dehydrated and haymich wouldn't give her eater and she was a like "I like mud... mud!" Then Angela ( who happened to just be Angela) tried to cheer me up and be all like "He just faked his death again to get the Guy," and I wanted to believe her but something was like "Not this time!" And then my dream turned into something else.... I have weird dreams!!!

I've had a few.
Most recently, the trailer, where Josh had bleach blonde hair and blue eyes, and there was fighting, and large pirate ships (don't ask me why) and Jennifer was Mystique for one bit. :P But Josh was always Peeta :P

I had another one ages ago where the Games were in my backyard, and someone smacked me across the skull with a baseball bat. I turned and asked them what the hell they thought they were doing, they shrugged and said playing the game, I told them to go after someone else, so they did, and Peeta told me to go upstairs and get some ice, and there was an elevator, like in a hotel, and you had to press the floor button that corrsponded to your district, so I pressed 12, then Pressed Capitol, and ended up in a bar, and was given an ice-pack and started a rebellion....and that was it.

I have to stop eating chocolate before bed.
I always seem to have dreams where people try to kill me when I'm stressed out :P

Yours is epic, Barbara...shame dreams can't become reality...
Although, I would rather someone WASN'T try to smash my head in, but hey!

Yeah, my brain makes up some seriously sacked stuff cause then the dream changed into this REALLY weird stuff.... goodness...

I've had dreams where I have to drive. I'm in a car driving down the streets of Memphis at night (I used to live in Memphis) and my parents are in the car next to us. My little sister is driving and I'll be like "get Otta day way before you kill us!" And I'd get in the seat and start driving.

I had a dream, that was two seperate stories at once. It was like flicking between channels on TV, and at one point I ended up punching a shark in the face and killing it, only to find out it was a dolphin, and they people already trying to kill me got a major following. :P

I love the land before time. :P

I like velociraptors!!!!

oh...the Hunger Games Dream.
I have these dreams all of the time and they are so much fun. Very sad...seeing your name being picked from the reaping year, after year, having to kill so many people but they are fun when you get to go on the Victor's Tour and stuff.

I didn't have a dream last night...

I have a dream.... within a dream....within a dream....inside another dream......
Anyway, I dreamed that there were 3 girls who might possibly be a tribute. Then when it came time to pick the tribute, no one said anything. So I volunteered. Then my dad was a Gamemaker and he left me codes carved into the bark of a tree. Then I allied with some guys. That was it.
Oh, and once I dreamed my English teacher wanted our class to perform inception on someone. Not that he told us who.....
I did a project on dreams once. I know how they work, and that they actually don't mean anything.

I had a dream the day before a school trip to the art gallery. I dreamt that instead of going to the gallery it was actually a secret plot and we were taken off to compete in the Hunger Games instead! It was really creepy, we were in a forest and they had funny challenges and stuff. The next day I took loads of food to school just in case!

Sophie, that kinda reminds me of what I've heard about Battle Royale. I have to get my hands on that book! D:

Here is my hunger games Dream, but it's fuzzy and vague.

The dream entered in the training station. I was in the ax section with lots of careers around me. They had maces and clubs and all that, and they were looming over me, ready to strike. Then the games started. The arena was a high- tech place with metal corridors and blue holographic walls. The Copernica (not sure I spelled it right, been a while since I've read the word) had nothing in it, in fact i'm not sure if it was even there. So I went into a battle to the death with a girl from my class, Sierra. When she hed-butted me into one of the holographic walls, Cinna grabbed my arm and led me to a suit of high- tech armor with torpedoes and blasters and things like that. I put it on and went back to the arena. There I went to Sierra for round 2, but she wasn't interested. She was sitting on a bench with a bunch of her friends. Then the lasers came. I flew away with the armor and left while everyone else became scorched ashes.

Your brain must be creative. I had a dream once that I can't remember too well, but the city or something was destroyed, and to leave we had to go to the hospital and get chips in our are (idk). Well we took these weird bikes there and then watched it be destroyed, and u think I got split up from my parents and my dad told me to take my bro and sis and meet him somewhere, so I started driving around, but then the dream ended.

Last October I had a dream that Vikings invaded my town and made me, my family and friends into slaves to build them a ship (even though we live in the middle of the country!!!). The vomits then tried to kill us so me and my friend half swam half sailed up the street which became a river (it was a weird half boat that you used ur legs to power, don't ask). Then another friend asked us to wait for her to help. Somehow we got to the main road and crossed on the pelican crossing!!! I said for us to hide at my nanna's then noticed yellow wanted posters and Vikings looking for us!
Then my mum woke me for school!!!!
I still don't know why I had that dream.

I think the Vikings represented the careers and the water the quell

Or it's just a dream about vikings.

It's still a dream about vikings if that happened.

you know when you have dream but its really hard to remember? well i know i DEFFINATELY had hg dream last month but its kinda foggy. I know that it was in the first arena and i was being chased but other than that nothing.
I have had dreams about other books too, these sort of dreams are my favoutrite because for once my 'dream', as it were, has come true, I am a part of it.

Right on! Dreams ate amazing, I just wish I would remember them.

wow.......once I dreamed I went through this teeny circular paper doorway on a shelf to a gnome's party and one bit me on the leg because I was a human. Then my leg fell asleep. Then there were flashes to many random pictures of random things.

And the dream where Hogwarts was a big square and I was running around it at top speed with Ron and then in the Great Hall there was this chocolate cake. And then Malfoy was there. Then I woke up, BEFORE I got to taste that cake.

I had a Hunger Games dream last night, but now the only thing I remember is that it was a Hunger Games dream :|

Sadly i've never had a HG dream or at least if I did I don't remember wait I did! So I fell asleep thinking about Catching Fire I had a dream me Katniss Finnick and Peeta were in this volcano arena and Katniss and Peeta died Finnick saved me I woke up before I got to a good part:(

I've only had 2. One when I was playing a Hunger Games video game and that one. Which I woke up and I was like "I'm going to post this on GR." And now I forgot.

Once I had a dream I was trapped in the games except it was different I was the girl who died in the arena when katniss was listening to the conversation and when I die I don't wake up I go to the boy who died when katniss was getting the bag. And as I died over and over I moved from clove to thresh who I dreamed was looking at the two black bags opening them when cato attacks from behind and I'm dead then I go to fox-face's death me sneakily taking the cheese then the berries and laughing hearing them talk about the cheese and I feel satisfied and then I feel horrible in my stomach like when you eat something that had gone bad and then it get so blinding I feel like I'm just blacking out my breath slows and I feel calm then i see the people I killed and a horn my horn for death.... then I'm cato it's horrible my happiness and powerfulness.

WOWW AMAZING DREAM! I'M SUPER JEALOUS!
