Hi Tammy! Thanks for the nominations! Can you limit it to one? I'd like to have a fair balance so all who want to have input. Can you pick your favorite one?

Thanks!

Sarah Kernochan (professorbunny) | 8 comments Hi everyone,

I see some other authors have submitted their own titles; I am taking that as a cue to submit my own.

Jane Was Here by Sarah Kernochan

A mysterious young woman calling herself Jane turns up in a small New England town. She claims a fragmentary memory of growing up in this place, yet she has never been here before in her life. Upon her arrival, strange and alarming things begin happening to some of the town's inhabitants. As Jane's memories reawaken piece by piece, they carry her back to a long-buried secret, while the townspeople hurtle forward to a horrific event when past and present fatally collide.

Here is a link to the book trailer:

Good luck to everyone who submits.

Thank you again Paranormal Reads for supporting authors.

Regards,
Sarah

message 24: by Anagha Uppal (new)

Anagha Uppal Yesss! I've heard so much about it but never got the chance to read it.

message 25: by Anita (new)

Anita Clenney (anitaclenney) | 19 comments I probably should have included a blurb or something for the book I nominated. It's about a historian who finds a treasure map but instead of treasure she discovers a Scottish Warrior from one of Michael the Archangel's secret clans, who's been buried for 150 years waiting for someone to wake him. There's an ancient demon on the lose, and only the warrior's talisman can stop him, but the demon is hiding in his human shell, a shell that is much closer than either of them suspects. The book has suspense, adventure, romance, and a touch of humor.

Awaken the Highland Warrior (Connor Clan, #1) by Anita Clenney

All the books look exciting so far! I've added a bunch to my TBR. I'll keep the nominations open until Monday then we'll have a poll to decide the winner.

I'm afraid this will always lead to mainstream books wining and I would like to help support our indie authors...so I'm brainstorming a way that we can give them a boost. Possibly every couple months we's only allow indie titles to be nominated? What does everyone think?
