Get ready, people of Panem! It's that time of year again: time for the Hunger Games. But not only the Hunger Games. Oh, no. This year, we have a special treat for you. The Quarter Quell.

If you are lucky enough to be chosen to represent your district - which will be harder, unfortunately, this time around - you must also bring along your special partner: your chosen loved one. So cross your fingers, it's time to get started.

Name: Sydney Stella Sloane.

Appearance: She has wavy brown hair that tumbles down her back in even locks, although she never minds to comb it; streaked in blond. This girl isn't one to mind her appearance, or even feel conscious about. She has glasses, something odd in those lands. These are small and round, which she occasionally places on her face whenever she needs to look at anyone or read anything, which isn't rare; revealing her warm hazel eyes that don't look to smart. Her fair skin isn't very pale, and she has freckles sprinkled on her nose. She looks young, but she never cared. However, she is very touchy of her size, and is extremely furious at anyone who dares annoy her of it. Be careful if you do--she's not one to let an insult pass.

Personality: As I've mentioned before, Sydney wasn't proud on any basis; let that be her personality or looks. She is very dedicated to her work: tending the crops, which is mostly corn for her. She mostly cares about her work, and she loves to read too. However, her curiosity has no limits, and she has often gotten into scrapes for this. With people, however, she is very unusual. She may ignore you one day, then worship you the next. She is extremely odd with people, and more than one think her upper story is a little wrong.

Skills: She is skilled at srunning and using slings. She often sharpens rocks to cast them once sharp at any intruder in her crops. She is also very skilled at rope using--she can twist them into knots she often made herself.

Home Token: Her district token is a little bronze coin with a flower pattern in it.

Other: She has a very slight schizophrenia, to reveal itself in the train.

Personality: Cloud is very positive. He likes to make people laugh and would do anything for his best friend. He's kind of dumb so he didn't really fit in his district. He may not be smart mathwise but he claims to be an expert in life. Like his name states he seems to be off looking at the clouds alot.
History: best friends with the tribute chosen. They've known each other since they were young. His mom died during child birth and has a brother that has down syndrome.

Skills: Speed, Agility, small, sharp objects, bow and arrow.

Personality: Attara is a feisty, brilliant young girl. She is often getting herself into rough spots because of her strong opinions. She can make, take apart, or build anything.
Skills: Building, intelligence, stealth, knives, wrenches (working with widgets...), voice imitation, and various blunt objects.
Home Token: A disabled microphone (as shown in the photo above) which Attara plans to reactivate.
Other: I assume it's okay to make this character if my character in Arena 27 (which hasn't started) is a kill-off.

Appearance: Aster is the complete opposite of Attara. She has long, flowing blonde hair with natural brown highlights. Her eyes are a beautiful green with flecks of gold and brown. Although she is as beautiful as Attara, she is more of a classic beauty.

Personality: Aster, although not as intelligent as her friend, is talented. She is constantly experimenting and trying to improve her skills (whether they be mental or physical). She is difficult to understand, though, and is often considered shy by those who she doesn't know well. With Attara, she is loud and somewhat obnoxious.
Skills: Aster is much more practiced in advanced weaponry than Attara is. She can use throwing knives, daggers, swords, clubs, and the occasional bow and arrow.
Home Token: Aster's token is a small disabled earpiece, that she is going to give to Attara in order for it to be activated.

Appearance: Jay is really tall(6'5"), built like a runner, and has eyes that are a deep brown and windows to his soul. His hair is black and curly, and matches the color of his glasses.
