This was my next series I was going to put in. You beat me to it.
Absolutely love this series! Arithon is a wonderful character, but I've always had a thing for dark-haired men.
I keep trying to get my family to read this series, with your help maybe now they'll try it out. (So far I have a lot of family in this group :)

The language that this series is written in is a bit of a challenge at first, but soon you can settle into it and it becomes almost like music, a ballad in and of itself, which is appropriate as the main hero is a Master Bard who can create miracles with his music.
Love, love, love it. Am planning a reread very soon in anticipation of the October release of the newest book, Initiate's Trial
