Neil (rucknrun) Anyone try one of these?

I tried to make one myself. I may get the 16G card to try it out. If it works I think it would be pretty cool.

Neil (rucknrun) Nope. That is the best thing about it. The OS runs off of the card. Once you take the card out it is back to normal operation. These cards do not change the standard install at all.

Sherwin Berger (Sherwiner) | 2 comments was it as easy to use as they advertise? Just turn the nook off, put the card in, turn it on and it boots up in Android? right? no change of screwing up the nook?

I bought one a couple of months ago, and yes, it is exactly that easy! I turned my NC off, inserted the SD card, lowered up again, and chose android on the menu that appeared on my screen. That was all it took. Whenever I want to return to my original NC, I simply reboot and choose B&N at that same menu. It then looks and functions as if it was never rooted. I highly recommend them.
