I'm Noah Murphy. I'm twenty-eight years old and live in Montgomery County, MD. I've been writing scifi and fantasy of various sorts since I was five, finally getting the nerve to get to published with the rise of Kindle and Ebook Publishing at the end of last year.

In addition to writing, I'm also a pet sitter and volunteer at a parrot rescue.

P.S. I am high-functioning autistic. It's hard to separate myself from it, since it's effects are the reason I'm so intensely creative.

Lissette (lizziebeth) | 1 comments Hi Noah. It's a pleasure to meet you.

Chandra Tresaugue | 1 comments Nice to meet you all! I am Chandra, I am the wife of Sci-Fi/Fantasy author J.M. Tresaugue, his short story collection was just released on July 29th and I am in the process of doing a LOT of promoting mainly through social networks and blogs. I have added his book to Goodreads and hope you will take a look and think of getting the print copy or even a download, more venues for download are opening up all the time, and we are distributing to them as they come. I look forward to hearing what you all are up to and reading. If you have books or websites, please let me know! We are both on Twitter as well @mrstresaugue and @JMTresaugue. Best wishes for success!!

Linda Prather | 2 comments Oops, forgot I was supposed to introduce myself. I write murdery mysteries and read just about all genres, although I'm not a huge romance fan. I'm currently working on a new novel as well as several short stories.

message 10: by A.F. (new)

A.F. (scribe77) Hi, and thanks for the invitation. I don't write mysteries or thrillers (although I read them), but my fantasy and horror books do have dead bodies littering the pages.

Dale | 1 comments Hello Noah, and all. My first novel (a mystery)--
"A Memory of Grief" is still shiny and new, and I'm working on getting readers. The sequel (A Fall From Grace) is at the publishers already!
Drop by my site and sample, and read some of my wide variety of short stories, via links. www.daletphillips.com
My blog has lots of writer slant, with links to good posting by others and articles of note.

Martha Rodriguez (martharodriguezauthor) | 1 comments Hi Noah,
Thanks for inviting me to your Q&A! I look forward to chatting with you and the other members.

I recently self-published my children's book (picture book), A Reel Cool Summer.

Mark (markmonlux) | 3 comments Thank you for the invite Noah. I'm a professional cartoonist who draw cartoon movie reviews about movies you might have missed. I've been selling my book via various comic book conventions for the last two years now. I find it very gratifying when I get another bookstore to carry my book.

For the last few years I've mainly been reading detective and fantasy.
