They are from my own created fantasy universe that combines high fantasy, cyberpunk and steampunk, The world itself is called Terrall.

I was actually in a hurry when I wrote it.

The general idea is that in the past Terrall was your generic high fantasy universe. But over time they progressed technologically into the future so far, they could develop a cyberpunk dystopia in the middle of it, New Delta.

New Delta is a city made up of nearly 1600 mile-high towers on mile square plots. Its so big, the police can't patrol it effectively. Therefore, they privatized law enforcement to private detectives while the police took on more of an army role.

The K23 Detectives are the top detectives in the city, which usually means they're preventing the city from being destroyed.
