Im not sure though I read it on WIKI. I had to stop reading the books because, well I really didnt get time.

Okay so (SPOILER ALERT HUGE SPOLIER ALERT STOP READING IF U DONT WANT SPOLIED) In the show A is Mona Toby Alex and Cec. In the book A is Alison and I think Mona. Btw Alex is Spence’s twin

It used to be Toby, but he ended up being good. It's confusing. It could be Melissa? Since she hates Spencer? Wasn't Cece one of the Red coats? And Ezra as another -A?

Well this is all news to me. I don't care because I only read the first book, and don't really care to read the rest. I'll just watch the show and see how things unfold. Even if the show doesn't follow the book, it should still stick to who the true A is--at least do that.

A IS Alison.
Alison's twin sister was faking Alison in 7th grade, and Alison killed her twin because she got angry. Then started going crazy and sending messages to the girls.

From the TV show, it seems like "A" is fond of learning French. He/She could be a French person. Or wanting to be French.

A has to be jenna and someone! they have to be! and jayson. jayson has access to all of Alis secerets. and her diary.

I thought A was Alison's Twin Sister. Her sister tried to take over her life so Alison is Alive but they found her twin sisters body. So A was Ali's sis, but the Allison took over and wanted to torture her friends.

i think that a is probably, jason...he had access to ali's diary and things. i dont really see where there going with the show. liked the books better.

Someone totally unexpected

no A in the books is Mona, but in the 4th book Mona dies. But during this Ali has a twin that is in a mental hospital and she escapes and reads the real Ali's diary and figures out all the girl's secrets. Then the real Ali escapes and kills the mental twin. Then she is haunting the girls, but the show isn't going along with the book. In the show i think that A is Jenna, Ian, Garett, and Jason.

Wait don't listen to that comment. The killer was Ali, but the body was her sisters. Her sister had problems so they took her to an institution that her parents sent her to. Then when she visited, she pretended to be Alison and their parents believed it was her, so they sent Alison to the institution. Thats why Ali was so mean to the girls that summer, it was really her sister. After that the real Alison came to visit and killed her sister, and met up with the girls at the bar, then went to see Ian, then she killed her sister after kiddnaping her and putting her in a closet. So Alisson was hidding, while everyone thought she was dead, but it wasn't her so she is still alive. A is Jenna because in one of the episodes she was on the phone telling someone to send a message. Her and Garret the cop are involved and so he writes the messages and she tells him to send them. And Alisson got those messages before she died so it can't be her!!<3 I hate MONA

i personally think that A is mike... arias little brother. his parents told him that he needed counseling do he did... he probs went to dr. sullivan. and when dr. sullivan found out who A was, she said she knew him so it could have been one of her patients!!!!!!

I thought the killer was one of the guys that was working on the gazebo in Ali's backyard. I think i remember correctly that in the last book that i read there was a man who was being led into a court room or the police station,which i cant remember, but the girls thought that the guy kinda looked familiar and so they asked someone who that was. the person told them the guy's name and then the girls remember that Ali always complained about the guys that were working in her backyard, she said that they would whistle at her and call her. So I think that the guy being led into the police station was one of those workers and he killed her and burried her under the gazebo. This could be all completely wrong,but that is what I could have sworn I read.

but at the end of last episode it was really unexpected...following that, dr.sullivan.
