Almeta (menfrommarrs) I think most animal detectives are far more clever than I. They always solve the mystery! Read any you particualrily liked?

Rita Mae Brown, and Sneaky Pie Brown. Very charming 2 cats and a dog with mistress. The characters (human) develop fairly well along the way too.
