Ok guys every day/ week i'll introduce a new topic that we will discuss. Such as the description of the ball room. Once we have finalized the discussion (for example the description of the ballroom) I will summarize it and put it under the topic "White Rose Ball - Need to Know"


So the topic for now - How does the ball room look? How big? How small? Wheres the band? Wheres the punch? How will it transform. Etc.

The ball room is the Great Hall, so pretty big.

And it's all silver walls and the sky has moons and stars!

yes! but the dance is in the center and dinig is circiling the dance floor

That makes sense to but instead of a full circle how about just 3 quarters and the other quarter is for the band?

ok next topic -

Schedule what time does the ball begin (roleplay time)
and what time does it end? Are there preevents like the organizers starting or shohuld we have quidditchh caotains start first? Any ideas?

Yeah, either Quidditch Captains or Head Boys and Girls.

And...it should be dark out for the ball. So around 5:00? Then it'll just be getting dark.

But are all quidditch players or heads attending the ball? TNT cud be a problem.

Well it's really our choice. What if me make it the organizers of the dance? I mean that would wok right? And then we could say - quiiditch players join then heads then everybody..

OR! we cud have the organizers walk in with there dates for the first dance and then everyone dance
