So, if you've gotten into Pottermore yet, do you guys like it? on my computer it freezes whenever i try to collect anything, so i have to use my ipod for that...which cant do the double-click to zoom thing easily. Nearly drove me crazy. And when i open my Gringotts vault it just keeps loading...=(

Great. Easiest to turn the Dark Arts.

As a rule, dragon heartstrings produce wands with the most power, and which are capable of the most flamboyant spells. Dragon wands tend to learn more quickly than other types. While they can change allegiance if won from their original master, they always bond strongly with the current owner.

The dragon wand tends to be easiest to turn to the Dark Arts, though it will not incline that way of its own accord. It is also the most prone of the three cores to accidents, being somewhat temperamental.

I love Pottermore so far but Im disappointed in the interactions so far.

i added you, its GalleonGhost1667. and Gryffindor is just my least favorite. and the one that i had the lowest chance of getting into. i was almost 100% sure i'd be a Hufflepuff.

got the potions on my first try! ^.^ totally guessed for the purple one...well i knew it was one of the edges. the blue one i just...knew. i dunno.

Got into Gryffindor and I was so very excited! It's always been the house I claimed, but I was really nervous that I'd be put into Slytherin as they're quite similar.

Ok so my thoughts:

So, I think that this concept is absolutely terrific. I mean, come on. This is HP fan heaven. Getting sorted by JKR, having a WAND, making potions (which a freaking hard, by the way), and etc. I love it. But there are some things here that have definitely fallen way short of the mark.

The biggest problem I have with Pottermore is the way you can't get on all the time. Some people have said that, yes, it is an enormous amount of people trying to access the sight with a lot of flash content and such, but really. If they are limiting the number of people who get their acceptance letter, they should be able to control their freaking website for that amount of people! And not everyone who has an account has been on yet! I know a ton of people have made duplicate accounts and such. But if you say that the sight will have 1,000,000 people, you should not have a problem when less people than that are on at one time.

Another thing is the speed of the acceptances. I mean, I am a die hard HP fan. I did the coordinate search when it was just "Watch for the owls" and no one even knew what Pottermore was! I have been with this from the start. The wait was terrible and I know people who still haven't gotten in. And it was supposed to be open to the public by now! Sheesh!

Despite the aformentioned rant, I love Pottermore. Slytherin Pride, baby! And that library? Wow, I had a mini-freak out when I saw that. AH-MAZING!

So, I hope that they fix some of these things before it opens to the public. I can't wait!

yeah they better fix it by the time everyone gets let in! or else lotsa people will be mad... thats been annoying me too.

oh yeah thatd stop it. happened with me too. i got done with everything but choosing my username on one day, then it crashed. so i had to wait for the next to register.

Pottermore Book 2 is supposed to come out it February! I can't wait that long!

Neither can I! Just Potions and (hopefully) wizards duel until then? I want to learn more info on the books!

Yeah. The site's beautiful but there's not much to do. I loved reading about McGonagall, though.

I guess, the reading part's okay, but i would love some mroe interaction!

Yeah and some sound. Can't wait until Wizard's Duel come out thigh. Then it should be fun!
