Personality: Storm thinks about alot of things. He can come off as cold and cold hearted because that's his nature.
History: Storms parents and family were massacred. He was the only one left. Right before the attackers were about to kill him (he was 6) the leader looked into his eyes and said "get stronger. Anyone who is weak and caring doesn't deserve to live. Keeping you alive isn't pity. It's torture." and left him there. Storm wondered around a bit surviving, when he was taken in by a master, Thedos. Thedos was an exile who knew good and evil teqniques, and taught them to Storm. Storm trained for 3 years and when he was 13 he left to go find the attackers, and to pass judgement on people he meets because, the weak dont deserve to live in his mind.
