Name: Nina Finley West
General Appearance: Nina has long, silky black hair falling down to her waist, almost three feet long(that's her goal). Her eyes are large and protruding, they sort of remind you of hazelnuts. Not just the iris, which is mostly brown, with some tiny rings of cream around the edge, but because of they circularity. Not too pretty, rather disproportionate face(too large cheekbones, small nose, mouth, and chin), but not ugly, either. Someone you wouldn't look twice at.
Age: 17
Race/Species: Human as far as she knows.
Size: Medium(D&D speak for 'one square' on a mat. She's actually quite tall. Maybe... 5'9"?)
Personality: Nina is intelligent, unfortunately in some cases. She speaks with a clear, carrying voice, and is quick to state her opinions to friends, although less so with strangers. When alone she likes to wonder(and wander), and enjoys noticing detail in things.
Interests: Art, English(fiction), Psychology, Music, watching the stars.
History: Nina was born to Annie and Frederick West. When she was three, they split, the divorce official when Nina was five. Nina would only be able to see her dad every few months, but that ended whens she was ten. She hadn't seen him for months, because Frederick had moved to South-Eastern America and couldn't afford to have her come stay with him yet. Several months after he left England, news reached Nina and her mother of his death. Apparently after moving to America he took up marijuana, and died after deciding to try one hit of cocaine.
Although her young history is rather dark, Nina was a bright kid at school, if not often shunted to the side everywhere but class. Her mother met someone new, Nancy Blake, and the two women adopted an Asian child, Kyuni. Kyuni took Nina's room, putting her in the spacious, if not properly ventilated, attic.
She's been looking into colleges for the past year and a half, and is interested in majoring in either Art, English, Psych or Music.
Psychology: Difficult to anger, but, depending on the subject, sometimes easily frustrated. This she lets loose with poetry. Enjoys finding grey areas.
Close Personal Belongings: At all times she keeps in her pocket a silver, engraved, broken fob watch. Also, at home, she is the proud possessor of a very nice drum kit.

Name (full): Rosa Jackie Harkness
General Appearance: Wavy dark brown hair that falls a couple inches past her shoulders, light blue eyes, slim, athletic looking. Tends to dress like she raided the TARDIS's closet-she usually has-often including a pair of Converse and a leather jacket.
Race/Species: Half human, half Time Lord
Size: Around 5'5"
Personality: Smart, rather sarcastic. She thinks she knows everything when obviously she doesn't. Usually pretty happy-go-lucky.Emotional.
History: Her mother was a Time Lord named Soul, who died in the Time War. Her father, as you probobly guessed, is Captain Jack Harkness.

Name (full): Captain Jack Harkness (a con alias - real name unknown)

General Appearance: 20-ish, dark wavy brown hair, soldier stature, blue eyes, light tan

Race/Species: Human/Immortal

Size: Maybe 6 foot, not sure

Personality: Flirty, outgoing, leader, sarcastic, serious, sometimes a little childish, loves to have fun, goes for both men and women.

History: Captain Jack Harkness was the alias adopted by a Time Agent and con man from the 51st century who became an associate and occasional companion of the Doctor. He was made reluctantly immortal by the Bad Wolf entity and stranded on Earth from the mid-19th to the early 21st century. During much of that time, he worked for Torchwood Three until its destruction in 2009. He left Earth in 2010 and did some soul-searching. However, he returned to Earth in 2011 when Miracle Day spread across the world. Jack decided to stay on Earth afterwards and establish a new Torchwood team.

And father of Rosa Jackie Harkness.

Psychology: Out for revenge on the Time Agents, con artist was probably the best way…and fun. He loves to play, messing around even at serious times, he knows how and when (and when NOT) to lead. Wants to be friends with The Doctor, probably because he is the only person who wants him to stay away! Loves a challenge!

Name: Opal Stone

Race/Species: Fey/ Immortal

Size: Just about 6 feet; willowy, lithe,

Personality: Reserved, Impatient, Caring, Headstrong, Protective, her flirting rivals Jack Harkness's.

History: Born in an alternate dimension, Threa, Opal was exile for suspected murder. Dropped on Earth, she tries to find a way back to Threa, but can't. When, Jack (Harkness) accuses her of kidnapping children, she proves him wrong by finding the culprit.
Then, Opal begins helping him and the Torchwood team, but she is mostly on her own. the Doctor once offered to take her back to Threa, as she was found not guilty, but Opal had found a new home one Earth.

Psychology: Self appionts herself to protect Earth to the best of her abilities. Makes Fey Liquor that is not for the faint of heart (it can make flames spew from you ears), and never says no to a challenge. She has a crush on Jack, but it's really hard to tell what she is think because of her RBF.
Always wears a leather catsuit and armored boots.
