What do you think will happen?

I think, that jem realises that tessa is inlove with will, and he takes loads of his drug n kisses sophie, and tessa catches them.. then they hate eachother and will and tessa- although still having feelings for each other- avoid eachother because she hurt jem.. i think she moves out the institute.. gets kidnapped by the magister and they both come to save the day.. or i think the magister kidnapps the baby and lures the shadowhunters in a trap so they will have to surrender.. i think jessie with be striped of her powers, but as soon as she realises she is nothing with out the shadow hunters, she returns.. i think tessa ends up with will and jm finds another girl.. one who is worthy of his kindness and loves him fully back :]

I like the Tessa ending up with Will part! Does anyone else think that Jem should end up with Cecily?

I honestly had that thought! But I just don't see him ever being able to get over Tessa to move onto someone else. I really hope Jem doesn't die in the end, that would be so sad. But I can totally see him sacrificing himself for Tessa and Will and his dying wish will be that Tessa stops running from her feelings for Will. Cuz he's going to notice it at some point. How could you not? I really hope that doesn't happen, cuz I really don't want Jem to die, and I really want Tessa to end up with Will, but I can't see Jem getting over Tessa anytime soon, so I can't really see a happy ending with Jem. But I trust that Cassie will do an amazing job rounding things up. I have no doubt that I will be happy with the ending.

I don't really want Jem to die either but if he has to for Tessa and Will to be together I'm willing to sacrifice him but I don't really want to. I kind of want him to end up with Cecily but I think she's going to end up Gabriel because Alec and Isabelle have hair like Will and Cecily so how else would that happen?

Oh my goodness! I didn't even think about Cecily and Gabriel! I have been racking my brain trying to figure out how Alec gets Will's looks. I was almost scared before reading this book, that it was going to be passed on through Will and Gabriele's sister, but in the second book we find out that she's already married. So then I was like how is it going to be passed on. But Gabriel and Cecily would totally make sense!

Yeah it would! If that happens then I wonder what Will's reaction is going to be!

I believe that tessa and will will end up together. jem could die or will and jem could get in a fight over her. i believe that because in the last book will said,"i will do ANYTHING,anything" in ch. 20. another reason is that wills last name is the same as jaces birth parents last name so he has to end up with someone and it most likely will be tessa

when is the book coming out i looked it up but found several answers and wanted to know if you found anything

your right it would the only thing is gabriel looks like alec except for the blue eyes

I think that will n Tessa will end up together even though I adore jem slightly more then will! thought that jem n wills sister will end up together cause that wil still be a happy ending or jem dies but I really don't want to think about that he deserves nothing but happiness

thats a good idea, but aint his sister younger? and its true, i love jem.. so sweet and i hope he dont die or have an unhappy ending, that would really kill the book for me, however, i really want will and tessa to be together and if that has to happen then it has to happen.. its funny, why is it that most girls always love bad boys?

I don't understand what you're saying about Alec having Will's looks. Ok, both Will and Alec have black hair and blue eyes but that doesn't mean anything.
Don't forget that Will is a Herondale and Alec is a Lightwood. And both hated each other.
I don't think that Alec's hair and eyes are like Will's hair and eyes because Cecily marries Gabriel or another Lightwood.
It just happened to be that way. Genetics!! xD
Now, I sincerely hope that Jem doesn't die because he is my favourite character. The sweetest, gentlest and most caring guy of the world.
I wish he survives to live a happy and long life by Tessa's side :)
We are going to find out exactly what is Tessa, of course. The Shadowhunters will totally defeat Mortmain and his minions.

Well there's something that worries me... A girl asked Cassandra about Clary's prince, and Cassie said that Clary's prince is actually Will (yes, sounds weird, doesn't it?). And Clary confuses Sebastian with her prince. So that means that Will and Sebastian are similar.
And 'Morgenstern' means something like... someone who was taken away from power unfairly or something close to that. And Valentine was always saying how proud he was of his last name. And we haven't seen any Morgensterns in Infernal Devices. So maybe, the Morgensterns may be somebody we already know in ID.
AND Cassie said that Jocelyn choosing "Fray" as a fake last name is not a coincidence, that this has something to do with Tessa's last name: "Gray".
So.. I don't know exactly what is bothering me, I have some ideas, but I don't know how to organize them.
Anyway, what do you guys think of all of this?
PS: But don't forget that Cassie said that there are other Herondales and Castairs in ID (Will and Jem are not the last men of their lineage).

Cassie confirmed that Will IS Clary's prince. And that Gray and Fray are connected somehow.
I wouldn't say that Cassie actually said these things if she hadn't.

I figured it out what I am saying is that sebastian reminded clary of her prince not that they look idtenticle and I never said you made it up anways its just my opinion you wanted to know what people thought so I posted my OPINION

Exactly! Clary wrote about a prince who had the kinda of the same curse as will but some of the curse differed and I follow cassandra clare on tumblr and she never mentioned anything about Will being clarys prince that just doesn't make sence and also only because sebastian reminded clary of her imaginary drawn prince it doesn't mean sebastian is identical to will.

I'm not saying he's identical. I think I used the wrong words there. He looks a lot like Will. And that worries me.
I'm going to see if I can find the post where she said that Will is Clary's prince.

that's right, he did that to look like Sebastian the cousin of the people the Lightwoods stay at in City of Glass, that would make more sense.

clarys prince had the curse of any one who he would love would die not everyone who loved him-like will and sebastian is blonde and black eyes not blue

about the Prince- are you refering to Clary's dream of Jace and someone with dark hair and blue eyes and they were dancing and jace had wings and so did the other guy and one had black wings and one had white wings?- I can't remember properly.

she didnt describe her prince appearance but when she saw sebastian she said that sebastian looked like her prince therefore very black hair and black eyes with pupils almost not visible but its not a big deal

I am ever so sorry for saying this, but i am NOT saying this is TRUE.
Jem might die, he's been ill for years and all the medicine is doing to him is making it worse. He will also find out that Will is in love with Tessa, BUT (bit BUT), Jem and Tessa are engaged. This becomes a problem, BUT (again), in the Drawing room when Tessa tell Will she is will Jem, Will does tell her to confess that she wants him. But Tessa takes a deep thought, doesn't she? So maybe she will got with Will, i hope she does. He hasn't had love in a very long time. And Cecily will go with Gabriel, explains allot about the looks from the characters in Mortal Instruments. I am not saying i know everything, i am just presuming the ending. BUT (yes again) WILL + TESSA= TRUE LOVE.
JEM + TESSA = TEMPORARY LOVE.
Let's wait till December for the results.

I think Tessa loves Jem like a brother and wants him to be happy but she loves Will like you would a husband

I have a theory that Jem is going to be dying and Will will be touched by an angel and ask to save Jem. and so obviously something between Tessa and Will. The angel will explain how the Herondale mark got there. (you know the star one Jace got there)
