Person 1 wants Bobby to have a relationship with Person 2's character Mildred. Here's the format Person 1 has to use:

Person 2 can agree or disagree.

Also- If you have an idea for a character of yours, but you don't know who you want to be the receptor, you can just post like:

Hada - I need her to have a nurse that's really caring, really perceptive to what Hada went through. Someone that Hada could confide in.

Dolly starts to get Margot to spend more and more time with Ethan, to use him so Margot will look ready to leave the asylum. But as Dolly is ordering Margot to get to know, Margot begins to fall in love with him. Then he can find out that she used him, even if she didn't k ow that was what she was doing, or something like that. :)

If you have looked at the recent Report topic, you would see that he was assigned a night nurse for nightmares that are getting worse. Perhaps she was assigned to be his nurse, and checks on him one time a night? Over a period of time she could become someone he trusts?

No, not really. He's only like 24. (somewhere around there). And it doesn't have to be romantic. It could be a platonic friend ship, and he likes her because she helps him even when it's like one am and in his mind it'd be a pain in the ass to consult a grown man about his nightmares. :P
