Haha! Cool Whip! lol Um...Sadly, I never read as a kid. But I guess the book that has influenced me since I started reading is....The Host, by Step Meyer. And the reason is that I read that book after I was almost done with Collide and I'd never read an alien\dystopian book before. I didn't even know there was such a thing. And I don't know. It's not a life changing book or anything but I literally have read that book 15 times. I could read it again in a heartbeat. It has everything I look for in a book. Real love, scenarios that you would never think up yourself, keeps you on your toes but not in a frustrating\pulling air kind of way, and a happy ending. ;)

Omg i've read that book rofl and i'vs recently converted to redi whip the kids like the noise it makes lol.

I love the Host it is an awesome read! But I love love love The Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead Definitely a series that I have read at least 5 times......... I also love the tv series Vampire Diaries Stefan is one hot vampire! *Do you collect anything in particular?

Love VA too. Probably 2nd fav. Usually I don't like book that strings along the main love interest couple but she totally worked that one in a good way. I also loved S.L. Naeole's Grace Series. I could list about 20 favs right now! :)

Can we ask questions about the books? I am wondering if Caleb can use Maggies powers to read Marla since Maggie can't and he can use others powers. I am also wondering if Maggies dad is an Ace since she got the tattoo. If you can't answer that is ok, but my mind is wandering and I can't wait for Defiance!

I will say that both of those questions will be completely answered in Defiance! ;) And I can't wait for you to know. And yes, you can ask questions about the books. If I can answer them, I will :)

I too have a problem with the stringing along of the love interest...... but there is enough "action" to keep me interested! Thanks for answering my questions I will think of more.....

He can 'borrow' any ability of a person that is near him only. :)

Well, Enoch will be coming back in Consume....and he's definitely not nice in book 2. :) I don't want there to be any confusion there. Some people have said it's obvious he will be a love interest. I can assure you, he's not and he won't be a fluffy character. :) But I have to admit that I love him!
And as for my favorite books; the ones I read over and over are the Vampire Academy series, the Reckless Magic series, the Mortal Instruments- I love to go back and read the Clary\Jace parts ;)

I've been wondering that about Marla too. Can Caleb read her? Also, what's your favorite writing setting? Computer, notepad, music, silence, life happening around you, coffee shop, home...? any particular preferences?

Also (sorry last on I promise!) how clean is VA? I've hear conflicting reports and where I would like to read them as they do sound good, I want to make sure they're appropriate for my age. :)

I have to have music to write. And coffee. Lots of it ;) I love to go in my cub chair at home and write. I've tried to write out and about (Like the Mcdonalds while my kids play) and that's fine but I'm not as focused. And as far as Marla, you'll just have to see ;) And VA is clean to me. They talk about lots of stuff but as far as doing it or descriptions, it was clean. If you've read my stuff you should be fine.

Well, it was definitely Stephan in the beginning. But now....Damon. I'm not sure I can ever got back to Stephan ;)

I just want to say thank you for not making the significance series a love triangle that made me really happy because I love it when two people meet and they just know that they are meant to be together.
