For some odd reason, my computer no longer recognizes when my nook is plugged in so I cannot transfer files/books/updates manually! Has anyone else had this problem and/or has suggestions on how to fix it?
Also, the nook charges when it's plugged in, but other than that...nothing. (I'm also running Windows 7 if that helps.?)
I just had the same problem I called B&N they ran me through tech support the same thing i had already did and stated they would send me out a new usb cord which they did and its working fine now. You can also take it to a B&N store the will plug it in with there usb cord to check and then yours and if they have any in stock they will replace the cord right there, my store was all out.
Wow, it's the actual cord?! That is honestly the last thing I would have thought it to be! Thank you for your help, I'll stop by B&N tomorrow afternoon!
