Ahem. My absolute favorite book series is the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and my favorite single book (besides anything written by Tolkien) is probably Watership Down.

Kelly Phoebe wrote: "I've heard ppl talking about that series more than once. Wot's it about?"

It's another vampire series but completely unlike Twilight. The MC is strong minded & can look after herself. The characters go to a vamp school but not like 'House of night' - I seriously love this series & was so sad when it ends. But then she did a spin off 'The golden lilly' & it's really great too!!!

My friend used to love vampires. She even pretended to have an imaginary 'vampire' side of herself. Really freaky time...

Anyway, she did recommend it when she was into vampire stuff. Gota remember to borrow it out at the library now that I'vve finally found my library card again. :)

Life, everything, yet nothing at all. Wot part u up 2 in the book?

message 26: by Megha (new)

Megha | 2 comments My favorite book is Something Borrowed. It is so interesting, you never get bored at any part. You always are curious what is going to happen next with Rachel and Dex. The book makes you feel like you know these characters personally. Also, you feel like you are there with Rachel and Dex and you feel like you are going through what they are going through. When Rachel and Dex are at the Hamptons with Darcy, you are on edge because you don't want Darcy to find out, but you want Dex to just make a move. Once you read this book you will completely fall in love with it!

I've added a new series: The Wingfeather Saga, by Andrew Peterson. Those books are great! Side-splittingly funny, interestingly holding, and just all around good stuff. They easily became a new favorite.
