What did you think of Crossed? Lately,I've been swamped with work because of the impending end to this year. Now that the holiday season has come up though, I can finally catch up on books like Crossed. But just because I'm not there yet doesn't, doesn't mean those of you have finished it should have to wait to discuss. I'll add my review later, and it will be filled with remarks about how unfair the Society is For now just say what you thought of this sequel. Don't hold back.
I thought that the sequel did not do Matched justice. It was to all over the place and you could not focus on the individual character as a single person. I was constantly getting confused between Cassia and Ky because the chapters jumped so much. It really wasn't a terrible book, it did have its good moments, but over all it wouldn't even make my top 100 books. Cassia and Ky's love story is complex and difficult in the sequel but it makes it more difficult because of the characters being set-in-their-ways's. There really is no character development however, Ky and Cassia stay static throughout.
I didn't like Crossed as much as I like Matched. I liked Ky's point of view but I wish if authors write dual characters point of view they would do it in seperate books.
