Xander and Ky are such good friends I think it would make sense that Xander would like to make Ky happy. Ky always did want to be put into the matching pool after all.
We all know Xander is totally capable of sneaking around behind the society's back so my best bet would have to be Xander. Besides, it seems like something he would do.
P.S. I like Xander over Ky and does Indie piss anyone other than me off?

They've been friends since they were young.
the people from the Rising, is my guess.

I agree that I do think it is Ky, but the end of the book is somewhat misleading. I think with that quote, Ky was talking about jumping in to save Xander when they were young ... That was when she noticed him

yep. what she said ^

The last chapter, Ky's statement regarding Cassia noticing him if he hadn't done what he'd done, I think he meant something else. I don't think it had anything to do with the matching. I think it was regarding the slip of paper Indie had given him from the scraps Xander had left for Cassia to find with his information. And Ky had thrown it away so Cassia wouldn't know about the secret Xander had to tell her the next time they met. I think Ky was wondering if Cassia would still pick him if she knew the secret.

As for Ky putting his name on the list, even though he said that he's been in love with Cassia for a long time, I have a hard time believing that he did it himself...if he wants to get out of Society because he's an Aberration, why would he draw extra attention to himself by messing with the Matching.
I also have a hard time seeing that Xander did it...why would be want Cassia to be matched with an Aberration...because didn't they say that Xander knew Ky was an Aberration?
I think there's potential in Cassia's grandfather, via Cassia's father as an extension of The Rising. Maybe it was part of her grandfather sending her on some journey because he knew how bad Society is.
That's my guess...

"I feel the way I did before the Match Banquet. Waiting. Wondering if what I'd done would be enough for her to see me again." (p. 226)

I think it was Ky too.

throughout the series we hear that cassia has been asked to sort people (we see that in matched even when Ky is sent to the outer province) so it's not surprising to hear that it was Cassia who sorted him INTO the pool
