Note: Folks, I waited until the release but on line there are no table of contents with page numbers available and my ARC has none in the TOC. I had to page through the book and find them that way. In other words, if you do not have the ARC but a released copy, the pagination will most likely and probably certainly will be different. This was problematic but I thought I would just make an attempt and folks can figure it out.
