Me too!! The first was wonderful. I hope they do as well with the second.

OMG I can't wait to see it! Even though i thought they did a horrible job with the Twilight movie.

Ditto Christa! I'm kind of nervous, but the damage has already been done. So I don't really see how they could slaughter New Moon too badly.

I just finished reading Twilight again for the second time. I feel like they did a good job with the movie. There certainly could be some improvements on the next one. I would like to see a new makeup person, Jacob's teeth were shockingly white, and the vampires were too white with super red lips. I loved all the characters except Carlisle, he wasn't good looking enough.

Yeah! I read that on google! And I haven't seen Twilight yet. (the movie) so I'm going to soon.

I thought Carlisle was extremly good looking and although edward isn't really Carlisle son they look like they could be family.

Yea... there is a family resemblance, although Edward is sooo much better looking in my opinion. I guess it's all about the picture you create in your head when you read a book. I pictured Carlisle as someone like Simon Baker that plays Patrick Jane on The Mentalist. He would make a HOT vampire. :D

LOL I'm not sure that Simon would make that great of a Carlisle. Vampire yes!! Carlisle ehh.

Yea, definitely a good vampire. LOL Wish I could find some more good vampire books. I'm kind of afraid to try any others.

not sure if you have heard of the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris but its a great series a total of eight books so far and two more on the way this year

i would like to know who they will get to play sam and the older voltari vampires. they need to cast very carefully or it wont be real enough to twilight readers

Has anyone heard who else they may or may not cast for New Moon? I'm extremely interested. I looked last night at Stephanie's web site but nothing about casting is in there but of course for Taylor who will be playing Jacob again thank god it wouldn't have been the same with out him

NO! She cant dakota looks to sweet and Jane is way evil looking. Do you know what I mean? No offense to Dakota.

jane actually is described as having an angelic face, not looking evil but BEING evil

thats the point thought of using Dakota Fanning. Because Jane is supposed to look all sweet and then when she starts being evil then you can see it and plus they can do anything with make-up now days

She will not be directing Eclipse.

Thanks for the link Leah. I think Dakota Fanning will be a great Jane. She's perfect for the sweet innocent look that is really evil underneath. Dakota is a great actress. I bet she will have a lot of fun playing the part. I can't wait!!

I couldn't dissagree more. Dakota isn't the best actress for the part. Not to mention they would have to find someone that looked like Dakotas twin in order for her to play the part due to the fact that she has a brother and in the book they are described as looking like twins. I'm not a fan of Dakota what so ever I think althoughs he can pull the innocent look she needs to know how to look evil as well and i just don't think she would be able to pull that off at all

LOL well i think that ANNASOPHIA ROBB would do rather well as Jane, She is the same age as Fanning but i just think she would look more the part, In my opinion she has a better face structure. Not to mention she is a great actress

What's wrong with Dakota? I don't know much about Jane in the first place, and I know who Dakota Fanning is. You never know she may surprise you.

I just don't like the way she looks, Her eyes are too buggy for the part in my opinion.

Jessica83: So I am watching the HBO series online and am really interested in the series(I hear its great). But I am I right, to assume that the "love" scenes and the excessive language are a product of HBO getting their hands on the story?

Miss Vicki: I am on the second book of the House of Night series by PC Cast. It is again, young adult and some of the POV would seem to appeal more to the teen reader. But all in all it is, so far, a good series.
