Genre Abbreviations/Acronyms
Romance = R

GT = Gothic
CT = Contemporary Romance
HST = Historical Romance
RG = Regency
RS = Romantic Suspense

PNR = Paranormal  - Includes -Fantasy, Science Fiction, Futuristic, Ghost, Paranormal, Vampire, Werewolf, Angel, Reincarnation
LPNR = Light Paranormal Romance] - Humorous elements along with the Paranormal Romance
EPNR = Erotic Paranormal Romance] - This can be erotica or romantica. Explicit sexual themes, language and description.
DPNR = Dark Paranormal Romance]- May contain violence or have more of a horror feel in addition the romance.
UBF = Urban Contempory Fantasy] - Follows a character or several characters, possibly across several books. (May or may not have romantic elements).
Psy = Mostly human story with psychic elements.
S = Shape shifters, such as werewolves & cat creatures, etc.
FY = Fae, Faires, Elves and creatures of that nature.
GH = Ghost
AG = Angel
H = Hunter (Vampire Slayers, Demon Hunters, etc.)
Sci/Fi = as futuristic Science Fiction elements.
FS = Fantasy (Magic, Genie, Djinn, etc.)
RC = Reincarnation
TT = Time Travel
TT-CT = Time Travel Forward in Time
TT-HST = Time Travel Backward in Time
VM = Vampire
WE = Werewolf
WT = Witches, Warlocks, Wizards & the like

ER = Erotica (Assumed to be Male-Female couple, but also used when specific info is not available other than "Erotica")
ER-FF = Erotica (Female-Female)
ER-FFM = Erotica (Menage a Trois, Female-Female-Male)
ER-FMM = Erotica (Menage a Trois, Female-Male-Male)
ER-MM = Erotica (Male-Male)
FT = Futuristic
