Since February is the month of Valentine's Day, I'm going to read 10 books that involve love in its various forms.

I haven't tried a challenge in a while because I was doing so poorly at them. But it's the month of love and love conquers all, right? So I'll give it a shot. Put me down for 10 :)

I've had a few books that were chores to read, but overall, I can't complain.
@Dhes- I've read one 'meh', too. And it would have been a lot better, but there was a love triangle. I don't usually enjoy those books because I end feeling so bad for the one who loses out. @Danielle- I read many of those chore books last year. I won't do it again lol. I've always made myself finish what I start, but I've decided life's too short!
That's why I have problems reading menage, Nissie. Unless I KNOW there will be a HEA for all 3, I don't want to read them.

I never read The Physick Book so I can't give you a comparison.

2. Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card--Sibling love (Ender is very close to his sister)/love for humanity/living creatures. And as a bonus, one of the character's is named Valentine.

Lady Heather, I love The Gamble... it's not your typical read though. The editing is not great, the writing has weak moments, Max is over the top obnoxious and alpha... but the story... I loved the story. I hope you do, too!

February’s Build Your Own Challenge - Duration: February 1-29, 2011.
February is fast approaching and it’s time to begin thinking about our next challenge. As with all our Build Your Own Challenge challenges, it’s up to you to decide how you want it to go.
Or maybe you don’t want a theme at all and would rather pick a certain number of books to read… like maybe
The possibilities are endless, and they’re yours!
The only restriction to this challenge is that you can’t begin reading before February 1st.
Please post your status updates like this: 2/12 or 3/5, etc. It makes it much easier for me read and understand, and be able to update your stats and keep everything straight.
