All of my print titles still set on a Shelfari shelf and I haven't updated it for a year. And I haven't stayed on top of it for at least two years. My plan is to gradually bring that shelf over to Goodreads for a "Print Books only" shelf. I visited Shelfari tonight for the first time in a while and noticed that the whole Goodreads/Amazon loss of a relationship has really impacted my Shelfari shelf - in a good way. Since I buy nearly every print book on my Kindle, Amazon (and thereby Shelfari) has record of them all and with a click of a button, all those titles were imported to my shelf. Talk about easy. Wow!
I still want to move the shelf over as I miss out on so much discussion of print titles since my shelf is "Audio only". But what a fantastic way to update before I start the transfer. At one time, I know one could transfer their entire shelf from Shelfari to Goodreads or vice versa if you just knew how to do it. I now wonder if that is impossible or if, Amazon info such as the inclusion of my Kindle books I hadn't taken the time to place on the shelf, now would be left out.
I have approximately 1200 books on my Shelfari shelf. Sounds like I'll be moving them slowly - very slowly.
