Better World Book Club discussion

This month is a little different. First, read a vegan cook book of your choice (especially the introduction and beginning chapters). At the meeting, we will be bringing a dish from the cookbook to share and swapping books if we would like. If you can't make the meeting, feel free to discuss what you liked, disliked about any vegan cookbook that you have. We'll continue with a traditional book club selection for March, so post your suggestions on this site, our Facebook group, or you can send them to me directly!

How did this meeting go? What were the results? Any book that was stand out?

This meeting went great, details are fuzzy on conversation and cookbooks, we were too busy stuffing our faces with all the delicious food everyone brought! We'll do this again for sure, so look out for it!
