My Young Adult, epic fantasy novel titled, "Protector" is to be published in November with Lyrical Press.

Here's Protector's blurb:
At the fresh young age of eighteen, Faith Stryker is one vivacious teen, prepared to experience life and leap out into the unknown world beyond her home shores of New Zealand. Only her life is predestined—and not entirely of this world, but of one named Magio, a planet of two warring countries where the people, once they reach adulthood at eighteen, come into their strong and prophetic strength skills. They are skills of the like Faith has never seen before, or at least not until she finds her Halfling blood, via her unknown and absent Dralion warrior father, gifting her with the lucrative and highly visionary skill of forethought.

Peacio’s, Prince Davio Loveria, is sent to the young Halfling by his grandfather, being told to instruct and direct her, only not all goes to plan, not when Davio first sights Faith and discovers she is the other half of his bonded self—his predestined mate—an intense relationship which strikes half their population, and a relationship he cannot and will not give up even as Faith’s high-ranking, enemy sire becomes tragically known.

Now, without a doubt, there are two horrific and fatal wars waging—that of their countries, and that of life’s most unfortunate love.

Okay! I'm slowly getting a group of peeps that live on the other side of the dateline. One day I will come. I made it as far a Fiji, and wished I'd done the extra miles now.

Fiji is only a skip and jump away--a short three hour flight. I love Fiji. There are even more Fijians living in NZ than their own country. Thanks too for adding me as a "friend" just now.

Pleasure! Fiji was great once we got onto the outer islands.... one day I'm flying that way again, no if ands or buts

Joanne, I don't have Twitter but I DO have FB so I'll be coming by presently. You have to start somewhere with those who like your page. I began a fan video page there to show off my vids and I am very proud of my 41 likes. You'll get there and likely farther :)

As for your website, I am just entering in to this world of authors and I know how important support is. I'm just getting started with following certain blogs and websites. I admit I'm starting slowly so I'm not overwhelmed. The people who gave me such a kind welcome here will be the first sites and blogs I subscribe to, so you will see my name around :)
