Cross posting this because I don't want it to appear to be "just for Authors" - in fact this post is more of a tip for Book Bloggers than Authors but some of you are both so....
Amazon bought the Goodreads competitor, Shelfari and created this "feature" for Kindle books called "Book Extras." They've been discussed since 2009 as useless but they're really not. In fact, they are a hidden gem IMO. Amazon's trying to promote them to us Indie Authors but I think the real target user of Book Extras is or should be Book Bloggers.
Don't know what Book Extras are or how to use them? No problemo. I've done a 2-part blog on this topic over at Webbiegrrl's Wrtings:
Part 1 - What are Book Extras, why and how to use them.
Part 2 - How do Book Bloggers factor into Book Extras? Symbiotic win/win, that's how!
