Zedder | 11 comments I just came across this marvelous interview with Wodehouse, in the Paris Review:

Has anyone else read any other good interviews with Wodehouse?

That's a really cool interview. I liked that he picked Quick Service as a favorite instead of one of the series books.

I took a look at this - it's a seven minute interview conducted with P.G. Wodehouse in 1958 as he sits outdoors fiddling with an unlit pipe. He makes a few interesting points about how he goes about coming up with his plots, and he identifies Jeeves, Bertie, and Lord Emsworth as his own favourite characters. It's a pity if you can't access this site, as the BBC archive has interviews with a whole range of important 20th C writers, from Virginia Woolf to J.R.R. Tolkien - thanks for providing the link to it!
