whether Kaderin and Cara the same person?

Kaderin and Cara, whose whole name is Carafina, both have strings of vampire teeth. They are very much different valkiries. Regin also has her string of fangs but they're interspersed among Christmas lights. It seems that vampire fangs are a popular item for valkirie decor.

Cara lives in the same house with Kaderin and Regin?

All valkirie live in the same house. At least till they're mated. Think of them like sororities. The New Orleans based valkiries live in a mansion called Val Hal. There are other covens, valkirie groups, in other parts of the world as well. They've referred to the New Zealand coven a couple of times. Wherever they may be, they always band together.

Val Hall was leveled by the Lykae primordial (Morior) in Sweet Ruin. Seems like they are now living in tents or some sort of make-shift compound. I believe that Regin is now living with Declan and Kaderine is living with Sebastian.
