Book Bitten discussion

The month May's name is derived from that of the Roman goddess Maia, who's name relates to the word 'mother' or in Greek means 'midwife'. I like everything that's historical, so reasearching this kind of thing is fun.

You wondering how this can relate to the challenge?

My idea for May challenge is below.

1st Choose a level

Level 1: Ma (2 Books)
Level 2: Mum (3 Books)
Level 3: Mama (4 Books)
Level 4: Mummy (5 Books)
Level 5: Mother (6 Books)
Level 6: Midwife (7 Books)
Level 7: Motherly (8 Books)
Level 8: Mothering (9 Books)
Level 9: Motherhood (10 Books)
Level 10: Mother-in-law (11 Books)
Level 11: Obstetrician (12 Books)
Level 12: Mother Superior (14 Books)

Once you've chosen the level a.k.a the amount of books you're going to read.

Then you have to choose a book or an author (first or last name) that begins with the letter of the letter in the word you've chosen and set it out like below.

E.g.

Level 4: Mummy

M - Vampire Academy by Richelle (M)ead
U - Pleasure (U)nbound by Larissa Ione
M - (M)ine to Possess by Nalini Singh
M -
Y -

Like so. If you can't find one for letters like u, y, z, x, for the beginning, just find a book that has the required letter somewhere in the name.

I hope this helps you get through some of your to-be read books!

Challenge BEGINS May 1st and ENDS May 31st (Midnight YOUR time!)

RULES:

Books MUST be read within the time frame given.

Only the words given are allowed to be picked.

You must try to fit the titles/authors to the letters.

Have fun!

Post your word and the books in the comment section and then fill in the books you've chosen using the 'edit' comment tool. Then add the date you finished the book beside it so we know you've completed part of your task.

Once the task is entirely completed add it at the bottom of your post in big letters 'TASK COMPLETED'.

Didn't quite complete my goal with two of the books un-read and one nearly finished, hopefully next month I will.

Love this idea, but since I just found it and only 10 days left, will go with Level 1
(2 if I'm lucky)
