Maia was sitting in the Library waiting for Clary to come so that they could go on a double date with Jace and Jordan. As she started looking at all of the books she heard a loud noise like someone was in pain. She ran out the door.

When clary ran out she saw jace yelling in pain while Sebastian was chewing his leg like a dog

Clary stared with her mouth open, not believing what she was seeing. Then suddenly Sebastian's form faded away revealing that is was only a glamour. What was really biting Jace's leg was a....

.....demon! One that changed forms it seemed. It became Valentine, then it became her! Clary stared at the mirror image of herself attacking her boyfriend Jace. She took out her seraph blade and nervously faces "herself". The other Clary smiled sadistically at the real one.
"Clary." Jace said from the floor. She'd nearly forgotten about him. "Go. It's too dangerous!"
Clary ran forward and....

The mirror clary trampled over the real clary just as the seraph blade struck splashing demon blood everywhere scorching real clary's skin........

Pain exploded everywhere. Clary, now trapped underneath the body of the very dead demon, struggled not to black out. Not a second later the demon was thrown off of her to reveal a very pissed looking Jace looming over her. In the distance she heard someone suck on a sharp breath. Ignoring Jace for a second, she looked over her shoulder...

and saw another demon coming at them with full force, but with one swing of his hand jace cut the demon in two with out even looking up.....

"What the hell happened to you two? You get into another quirky makeout session? HAHAHAHA" Maia's smile faded with a poisonous glare from Jace. Clary started climbing to her feet...

"How the hell did that even get in here?" asked Clary.
"I don't know...the wards can't be weakening. That would be ridiculous." Jace smirked. Suddenly a hologram appeared right next to Clary and Jace, sporting a viciously laughing Sebastian. "Did you like my little trick? I so hope you did. Your little lodging can't always protect you from the evil outside, kids. Don't expect to always keep safe here." Sebastian took a step closer to Clary, "I look forward to seeing you next time, sister. Hopefully alone." he winked, and vanished with a lingering laugh. Jordan swore.......

Suddenly when they all thought it was over...

There was a burst of smoke and Jace lost hold of Clary as he fanned the fumes away from his face. As the air around them settled, "Clary? Where in the hell did she go?!" Jace shouted. As fear overwhelmed him he fell to the floor...

... It was a tight small place... A closet? Jace looked to his right and saw Jordan unconscious fully naked beside him! Then he noticed that he was fully naked also! What happened jace wondered. And why am I in a closet? ....

Jace got up slowly, noticing he wasn't hurt, and neither was Jordan. He carefully felt along the walls until his fingers touched a doorknob. When he tried to open the door, he found it was locked and swore softly.

He looked around the room. It was a bedroom. There were clothes laid on the bed. Not the nicest clothes but it will do. The room had no windows there was only a door...

A portal! He stepped through it only to see that it lead to....

Jace stepped through the portal only thinking of Clary and where she could be. With the clothes he got of the bed covering his back Jace emerged in a cottage. What the hell, Jace thought to himself as he walked around the house looking for his Clary. The cottage was cozy and quite, too quite. When Jace got to the second floor he found Clary and Maia bound to huge metallic chairs. He stood frozen staring at them in horror. Once the shock wore of Jace ran toward Clary and Maia to try and get them out.
"Maia!" Jordan barked as he ran toward his unconscious girlfriend. Jace had no idea when the werewolf appear but he was here now. After 10 minute of unsuccessfully trying to get Maia and Clary out a shadow was cast over the room....

Standing there was Raziel, but somthing was wrong his eyes were glowing red.
'All Shall Die we will come from the heavens and kill all that oppose us'.
With tgat and a flash of light they blacked out... Again. They slowy awoke in a bed in the institute with no memory of what had happenned last night

As he pulled back the covers he revealed plain clothes that did not belong to him. He jumped out if bed too fast and all the blood rustohis head. When his vision cleared he glimpsed a bit of black peaking out from beneath the foreign sleeve. He rolled it up. There on his forearm was inky writing. Not very neat but very swirly cursive letters. Yes there were words in a column from the inside of his wrist to his elbow. Not just any words he realized with a shock. Names. He counted them in a panic. 18 rudely scrawled names. And as he rubbed at them dread filled his stomach. They weren't coming off.

Jace stared at the names in horror, who were these people?
Emma Carstairs, Julian Blackthorn, Ragon Fell, Catarina Loss... Some of the many names on Jace's arm. Where had he gotten these mundane cloths and the haunting tattoo? Why did it feel like there was an empty slot in him mind?
Jace jumped out of his bed and ran out into the library to look for Hodge.
He's always here, if anything happen Hodge would have seen me leave and come back. Jace thought as he opened the door the the Library and saw the horrific sight of...

Hodge in a pool of his own blood and clary standing over him! she had tears streaming down her face as she looked up at Jace with a malicious gleam in her eyes

"Your next" she growled pointing directly at jace, then suddenly vanishing just after jace caught her licking her lips in an everlasting vicious hunger

Wake up Jace. Wake the heck up! He thought to himself as Jace took in Hodge's lifeless corpse. This is just some crack pot dream, yeah, you'll wake up and find the true Clary by you and Jordan and Maia laughing at something. What once was there tutor had been stab so many times that the skin around his heart and stomach looked like shredded fabric. But as Jace took in a closer look he noticed that there were word written in the blood. Jace could not make them out but they seemed to say...
As Jace had his back turned Alec entered the room and said, "What the bloody hell!" Jace spun around and saw his para-whatever eyes growing in shock and horror at the gruesome sight

"Alec! I can explain!" Jace's eyes were wild, and he was conflicted. Conflicted because of Clary's killing of hodge. How could she? His thoughts were cut off when Alec acted. "Die you son of a bitch!" He shouted, Ra,Ming a seraph into Jace's heart, killing him. The last look on Jace's face was one of betrayal. His brother, and his love, had brutally betrayed him; and now he had to exist with that thought forever in death.

Alec was weeping. He couldn't believe what he'd done, but it was the right thing to do. Even if it broke his heart.

(*ramming)

Magnus's apartment was only a 20 minute walk from the Institute. Alex thought if he ran as fast as he could he could cut it down to 10 minutes. Alec was running as fast as he could and was being a bit Carless. He almost got hit by a car multiple times. He couldn't really blame them for almost hitting him. He was wearing a glamour, they couldn't see when they were going right in his direction. But those years of training didn't teach him nothing. He was able to dodge them at last minute.
When he got to Magnus's apartment he tried to storm in, but the door was locked. And he forgot the key, but he really had no time to get it . He knocked on the door "Who is it?" he heard Magnus call. God just open up the door Magnus this is an emergency. "It's Alec" he tried not to let how worried he was show in his voice. He should have told Izzy, should have gotten someone to watch Jace and make sure he didn't die. Jace, Alec's paribati, Alec's best friend, Alec's brother is on the ground in the institute's library about to die because Alec stabbed him from anger. Alec was so stupid. Izzy is never going to forgive Alec, but Clary. Small but mighty Clary is going to kill him. Magnus finally opened the door.
"And what do I owe," Magnus looked at Alec "you're sweaty, you didn't run her did you?"
"Yes I ran here cause Jace was stabbed and is about to die and I need you to help me." Alec realized how desperate he sounded.
"Okay but I'll make a portal to get there. I don't run, and besides portalling is faster anyways. But, did you at least put a healing rune on him before you came?" Magnus moved to let Alec in " Obviously it wouldn't heal him, but it would help for the time in between him getting stabbed, and me coming to his rescue." Once again I'm so stupid. Why didn't I put a healing time on him!! "Um, no I didn't. I didn't think of it."

(Jace actually died...not "about to die")

Once they got there it was too late. Jace was dead. Clary was nowhere to be seen. They buried him in the silent city, when it was revealed that clary killed hodge. (Found her and used mortal sword). They tried to go on with everyday life but it was so hard, especially when....
