10.1 Skip to My Lou
Read a book by an author whose consecutive initials (as they appear in their Goodreads name) skip a consecutive letter in the alphabet. Hyphenated names count as the letter of the first hyphenated name.
Examples: Agatha Christie (ABC), Jen Lancaster (JKL) Irmgard Keun (IJK), Arthur Conan Doyle (ABC)

Letters must be consecutively forward

Surnames which include prefixes such as D', Da, De, Del, De la, Della, Den, Des, Di, Du, El, Fitz, L', La, Las, Le, Les, Lo, Los, M', Mac, Mc, O', Saint, St., Ste., Te, Ten, Ter, Van, Van der, Von, etc.. are filed as one word

oops..nevermind. that's two letters in between.

Actually, I was wondering the same thing. Can the letters go backwards? I'm trying to fit in all of Eoin Colfer's Artemis Fowl series this season, since the last book is coming out at the beginning of July.

I was going to ask about backwards letters too, because I found Jean Hanff Korelitz (J I H)
