What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this book a couple of years ago , I got the PB from library.
It must have been the second book in the series because there was mention of another couple that had got together recently. The hero is on some kind of special op team. He gets injured several times to protect the heroine.If I'm not mistaken the story starts in a jungle.there is also this mission that goes wrong in middle of a city , they get shot at .
the hero is angry at the heroine because she'd done something I can't remember in the previous book.
at the end the heroine goes back to US to were she lives and after a while hero that had last lost his leg because of the injuries , goes to find her unannounced and they start living in the heroin's apartment .not being able to find it is getting on my nerves !

I picked it up a few years ago from the library ,and had forgotten the name but was looking for it on GR , thanks to the reviews I follow I found it.
and this is the book that should be read before this one(which I didn't)
