This book's author clearly has some serious hero worship for Knuth. In most interviews, he asks about the role of Knuth's life work "The Art of Computer Programming." Knuth is also the author of the software for the TeX typesetting system, which was developed to make the books look nicer, and created a software development process (literate programming), quality process, and industry of its own.

Knuth is a fascinating figure. For more, see his website at:

fun browsing and reading.
