History: Sired in 1864 by Katerine. His and his brother Damon was an accident as they were shot trying to help Katherine who already had an escape plan. He was the first of the brothers to drink human blood and complete the transition before convincing Damon to do the same something Damon has always hated Stefan for though he will never admit it. Stefan became 'The Reaper' for a period of time before going on a strict 'vegetarian' diet. He has fallen off the wagon many times and his best friend Lexi was the one who got him back on it till she was killed by Damon.
