Harper O'Connor (chollacactus) Would anyone else be interested in a monthly book chat here where the Nook Books are all under $5? I love the idea of the book of the month, but full-price ones are a bit much sometimes at the beginning of the month with other bills... And we all know you can find treasures sometimes in the lower-priced offers.

Craig | 4 comments I'm with you, Meg. If nothing else, there are tons of books in the public domain that can be had for almost nothing.

Jeanine (jjelizalde) Count me in. I've usually blown my book budget early on so lower priced books (or FREE!) definitely works for me.

Do you ever have issues with tuebl.com? It won't load in firefox for me sometimes.

Looks like it is an app for Nook Color and Tablet.

Harper O'Connor (chollacactus) I do have Book Buddy, I've gotten a couple freebies off there. :) I also check out http://bookbub.com/deals/ which has a freebie a day. I don't get a ton from there, but that's just because I'm not into romances and the such. I'll look into the Sugarsync thing.

Do you like Sci-Fi? Baen publishers has a small library of free epubs, I've really loved getting the Mercedes Lackey ones. Anyhow, I'm thrilled everyone seems so interested! If you're a fast reader like me, you've got to make your book budget economical.

So, does anyone have suggestions for a book to read this month that's free or cheap? I'll nominate Elisha's Bones, it's free on B&N right now at http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/elish...

Tuebl.com seems almost too good to be true! Is there a catch or anything? Thanks for the great recommendation, can't say no to cheap/free books!
