Here, in the lush tropical jungles, we live to praise.

We capture foreigners to sacrifice. We offer them to our gods. We drink their blood to show our devotion. We feast on their flesh to show our love. And our fear.

We feel no mercy, no regret, as we see the terror in their eyes.

Sometimes we choose our own to die. Sometimes that's what the gods want. Sometimes, that's what we want, too.

We have those who interpret the gods. We have those that are royal. And we have those that mean nothing to us.

But whatever we are, we do it for our gods.

So, I want to make this clear. It's not completely historical. We can make it up a little. (:

The Aztecs didn't call themselves the Aztecs at the time, but that what we'll call ourselves. Mainly we farm maize(That's corn to you gringo's) and build temples for the gods. There are idols everywhere. One of the traditions was to rub blood on the lips of the gods. They were that cruel. Oh. And they really were cannibalistic.

Also, Aztecs don't speak Spanish. They speak Nahuatl. If you want, you can look up names for Aztec people. If you ever come across 'tl', it sounds like accch. like Achmed the Dead Terrorist. A... C... Phlegm... Tl is the phlegm. (:

Festivals are often as are sacrifices. Back then, they had two basic classes, but we'll split it up into three or four. We've got royalty, nobility, commoners, and slaves. Religious figures will either be in Royalty or Nobility depending on how prominent they are.
