What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

The only thing that I remember about this book is that it was a personal finance book that I saw in hardcover on the New Arrivals table at Barnes and Noble. It talked about different things you can do to save and invest money. The one thing that stuck with me was that the author writes about why it is better to rent a house than to buy it.
