Web Design discussion

Ok so starting in August we are going to start reading a web design book!

Anyone who wants to join in can and we can have discussion during and after the book.

Anyone have any suggestions for a good book to read?

This one might be good to start off:

We need more suggestions for a poll!

Would I be perverting the intent of the group by suggesting a book that is more about design in general? I've been wanting to read Information Graphics for a while.

Nope! I will put that on the list of possible books!

I also would favor a more generic design book, or one about UI or UX design.

I'm currently reading The Shape of Design, and I'd love to read Design Is a Job, but I'm up for anything.

I was going to read this book by Dan Saffer, Microinteractions. I'm down for reading something more general tho. Lemme look at your choices. :)
