Yes, there is a difference. Liking somebody as in LIKE LIKE means having a crush on them and liking everything about them. Just liking somebody means thinking that they are alright as a classmate or a friend. Danny is really funny and cute at TIMES but I'd never have a crush on him. FULLSTOP.

Why are we having this conversation on Goodreads?

People always have really awkward conversations online. Besides, this way people can advise you as to whether you really do like him :).

Em. You KNOW I don't have a life so why bother telling the world? Btw, I most certainly do NOT like either of the twins. They are like puppies. To be tolerated and petted occasionally but they malt all over the furniture and just DO NOT SHUT UP.

That's a little bit hypocrytical don't you think? She's just a bit harsh sometimes (but only to really stupid people- like the people from Rakaia- who SHOULD know know better than to annoy her but do so anyway).
