Um, hes a centaur who acts like a 'common mule' and he gets kicked out of his herd because of 'servitude to humans' and he teaches divination in 5,6 and 7th year. Why?

i liked him, but yet again i thing he was a backup character that Joe made incase she needed more story or a reason for sum thing in the book. he was evidently never used and i feel his story was one worth telling.
