Oregon, Writer/part-time nurses' aide, cheesecake. ;-D

NH, community college professor, dessert depends on my mood - chocolate or ice cream
I'm feeling adulterous toward my beloved See's Chocolates because I completely see the merits of choc/peanut butter bars, cheesecake, ice cream and key lime pie. Ooh. Especially if the key lime pie has a melt-in-your-mouth graham cracker crust....

Dani here :)) I'm from Maryland. Well, technically from Northern Virginia, but I've lived in Maryland 19 years so that probably counts ;) I'm a writer and my favorite dessert is Melting Hot Chocolate Soufflé from Roy's. It's delicious.

Technically I am from Pennsylvania, but I live in Oklahoma. Job- Administrative Assistant attempting to find something else, God just hasn't informed me on what it is yet, hopefully some type of non profit, I would love to be a fulltime volunteer if I didn't have to pay bills! (Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity all the way!) Dessert...my family makes these amazing lemon pastry cookies!

(Also known as Dani, couldn't help but mention that since that last two people that posted share my name!)
Welcome to Sarah and the three Danis! One of the Danis is my friend Dani Pettrey who is the author of Submerged. And Anne (fan of homemade ice cream) is my buddy Anne Mateer, author of the upcoming At Every Turn. Brenda is Brenda Anderson, author/blogger/reviewer. :)
What esteemed company!

And, oh my, all the desserts sounds delectable! We now have a couple of Sees Candy shops in Minneapolis, so I'll have to give them a try.
Kame - the peanut butter bars are a family recipe. We call them Uncle Geoffrey's Fantabulous Peanut Butter Bars, although we should call them Calorie-Explosion Peanut Butter Bars. :)
Here's the recipe:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix following ingredients:
3/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 pound powdered sugar (3-3/4 cups)
Press into 9 x 13 pan
Sprinkle 2 cups of chocolate chips over bars
Turn off oven then place pan inside for 5 minutes
Remove from oven & spread chips
Cool & give to your favorite uncle for taste test.

Does everyone know Regina Jennings? She's my friend and author of Sixty Acres and A Bride. Regina, you and Anne Mateer need to plan a backyard BBQ complete with homemade ice cream, then invite me. :)
