Discussion time!

Nooooooooooooo!!!!!! I don't want them making a movie on this! I love this book, don't get me wrong and they are completely going to ruin it. Cuz, first off, No one and I mean NO ONE can look like Jace and they go and get some dumb guy to play for him. smh. Such a shame and they are just going to wreck it!!! ughhh.

Jamie Campbell is playing as Jace. Apparently he looks NOTHING like Jace! They could've have picked Alex Pettyfer? Right? He kinda looks closer to the picture in City of Lost Souls...

No. Oh absolutely noo. I dont like Pettyfer either...

seriously ?!!! its going to be a movie????I didnt know that!! well I haven't read the book but if the protagonist doesn't look like the guy in the book is going to ruin the movie !!

It's coming out next year in 2013! But I kinda think Jamie Campbell doesn't look anything like Jace.. Alex Pettyfer kinda does though.

After seeing Alex Pettyfer in Magic Mike I think he's super hot! I think he would be good as Jace.

Me too. Jamie Campbell didn't look right but I'm still going to watch it in 2013!

has anybody seen the cast. I dont like the way simon looks.i only want to see the movie to c if them totally ruin it or not.

I've seen them and I LOVE Simon! For me, he's hot! I'm also hoping that it won't suck.

i liked simmon too :) I didnt really like luke and alec :( i expected both of them hotter and more good-looking :S

To be honest, even though Petyfer would be a god choice when it comes to resemblance of the character, I find him him to be extremely worthless as an actor. Maybe the one they chose will prove to be better with his acting skills. Personally I'd rather have a good movie altogether than just one actor looking exactly like the character in the book.

Really? Hmm... but he was really good in I am Number Four...eventhough he was a really monotonous voice-ish... :P

Well, he might have been good in "I am Number Four" but in 'Beastly" or "Magic Mike"...no...just no. Especially in "Magic Mike", omg, it was embarrassing to even watch him try to act -I am sorry if I'm a bit harsh but that is just my opinion:/
If it wasn't for his abs I don't think anyone would remember him:/
And it's a shame 'cause I used to like him a lot (being all gorgeous and stuff:p) but after seeing him in "Magic Mike" I was so disappointed I don't ever want to watch another movie of him, and especially "City of Bones". I wouldn't want him ruining it:/
